Hadiatu Dumbuya has been in the professional sports industry for the past eight years. Aside from her playing collegiate soccer at Butler University, she also played in the W-League (Semi Professional) for fours years. She began working in the player development department for the Indianapolis Colts during her sophomore year of college where she realized her passion to enhance the lives of professional athletes. She continued to work within the Colts organization until she acquired her Bachelors of Science from Butler University in International Business. With this degree, Hadiatu ventured to work for the NFL Europe. Her position entailed operations for training camp. Her time at the NFL was cut short when Hadiatu accepted a position to work for Robert Porcher, III (retired Detroit Lion) as an Executive/Personal Assistant. During her five years with Robert Porcher III, Hadiatu learned the essentials of running a business.
From HDC Management Hadiatu formed the Professional International Basketball Network (ProIBN). ProIBN is a player development organization for international basketball players. Her goal and long term mission is to provide all international basketball players with the development tools, physically and mentally in order to allow them to achieve all of their dreams. As the CEO and founder of ProIBN, Hadiatu has acquired profound relationships throughout the international basketball realm. The two companies have similar goals and visions for professional athletes which enables Hadiatu to continue to do what she loves. Hadiatu’s most recent venture is African Ballerz. This website will feature the Africans that play professional sports in America. She will eventually grow it to have an annual event raising funds for schools and medical facilities in Africa.
Danielle Tutt’s passion for sports started when she was young and has carried her through college and into present day. While receiving a B.S. in Sports Management from St. John’s University, Danielle began working full time with the New York Jets. For the next seven years Danielle was a member of the Sponsorship Department, and was responsible for managing over $15 million of corporate sponsorship for Fortune 500 Companies, as well as serving as the main contact for the Alumni Relations. In addition, she acted as a liaison between sponsors and current players, as well as implemented community, client and promotional appearances and team events.
Prior to working with the New York Jets, Danielle held positions within the Public Relations Department at the New York Mets and was a member of the Community Relations Team at the Leicester City Football Club. The ability to have experience within different facets of an organization, within multiple sports has provided Danielle with the ability to adapt and provide “outside the box” thinking.
Danielle and Hadiatu formed HDC Management to bring together their knowledge and experience to offer clients a service that is unparalleled to any other. By utilizing relationships built through HDC Management, Danielle partnered and helped form Absolutely Platinum, a service providing security and elite transportation across the United States. Danielle looks to continue to build upon HDC Management’s success to branch out and create new opportunities.
Ashley Elizabeth Matone
Ashley-Elizabeth Matone is attending SUNY Broome studying communications. She grew up in Brookyln, New York and left the city for highschool in Long Island, New York. She began school at a prep school, St.Anthony’s high school , where she played soccer and lacrosse. After Ashley’s high school years she went on to receive a full scholarship at St.Francis College, division I school. During her time at school she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and overcame it like every other obstacle that she had. After surviving ovarian cancer, she played two more years of soccer but retired early. Today she is trying to attain a bachelors in communications to be able to go on to help other young athletes and talented youth attain their dreams and goals.
Debra F. Williams
Debra F. Williams, born September 26, 1963 in Wayne, Michigan to Fred and Ruby Williams, the youngest of four siblings. She grew up in Inkster, Michigan where she attended Inkster Public Schools. After graduation she continued her education at Wayne County Community College, studying Liberal Arts; Dorsey Business School, studying Business; Schoolcraft College, studying Real Estate; PCDI, studying Interior Decorating, and Baker College, graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Marketing.
In 1985 she became employed as an airline Reservation Agent with Republic Airlines. Republic later merged with Northwest Airlines and now operates currently as Delta Air Lines, which she currently assumes the position as a Customer Service Agent. She also previously owned a small accessories business. Entrepreneurship is her passion however her first love is family.
Calvin Mann II
Calvin was born in Detroit, MI., and although raised by his single mother he saw his father frequently. It was during these visits where he honed in on football skills. His talents on the football field led to a scholarship at Campbellsville University . Then it hit him: He created an idea which allowed him to follow his true passion entrepreneurship. Calvin was involved with multiple business focused groups and competitions nation wide during school. As a natural leader Calvin dedicates time to those around him to ensure their prosperity. Calvin’s high-energy approach allows him into excel during a period of economic decline. Calvin surrounds himself around successful mentors always learning as he grows.
